Is Anet done with the balance changes?
I mean, I was expecting way more, they’ve only presented very few changes, and the new traits are not going to change much in my opinion…

I really hope they will do some more rework of the classes before the patch hits.

I would not hold your breath. This game has far to many broken mechanics and “technical limitations” (looking at you, condition cap) for this game to ever have any resemblance of balance.

Considering what a sweeping change Megaservers is to PvE in general, it might make sense to wait and observe for a bit.

They announced a few smaller changes and new traits, enough to shake up the meta a little. That’s good enough for now, but obviously not forever.

I fully expect them to alter balance within a month of this feature patch going live.

My big concern is conditions, which are already incredibly powerful and lame. They will go completely overboard if not held in check.

I would expect another sizable patch before the Chinese launch. So if it doesn’t happen on 04/15 it may happen in May. I’m putting the last hopes I have for the Ranger class on the Chinese launch.

They haven’t released all of their patch notes. So far none of the bug fixes were mentioned so I imagine some of the other changes were left out to.
