Necro number 2 downed skills should be changed to area fear or just the one you have targeted. Necro down skill number 2 works to the first one in sight, that’s why the number 2 skill often fails and people can just stomp you.

Area fear would most likely be too strong considering that necros have what i would call the best #1 downed ability and win almost any downed vs downed fight (except against warrior). I always thought thaat the fear works on their target, but if it doesn’t, it should be fixed.

Targeted skills can get bodyblocked, this is expected behaviour.

It does indeed work on your target with no projectile. I expect OP is simply complaining that it only interrupts the first person, making Necro the easiest class to finish off since the #3 skill doesn’t prevent us from being finished. Of the three classes with single target interrupts (Warrior, Engineer, Necromancer), Necromancer is the only class where the #3 doesn’t prevent finishing.

If i look at other prof’s it’s all traits that go +25% dmg + 25% healing on downed etc..
necro traits: siphon 50% more hp on a single target skill interrupted and put on cd when the wind blows and the fear AoE proc on downed not preventing anything since you can’t cast or time it.

That trait is currently slightly broken. Not only do you fear on down, but you fear on death. It’s a nice parting gift as well as alerting my allies that I am downed and giving me more time to survive. I usually run another trait, though.

The siphon 50% more health is literally do 50% more damage and heal 50% more. I used it on my old dhummfire build, even when not specced into damage, and I could see the effects immediately.

To the OP, the 2 skill should remain single target, but not remain as boringly obvious as itis. It is the easiest downed CC skill to dodge.
