[PvX]Signet of Rage nerf?
Honestly, I was OK with most everything – more risk/reward on adrenaline, shifting damage on GS so that the F1 comes back into play, etc. The net nerf on rifle was unexpected, but I didn’t care ‘cause I don’t use it.
But this change on SoR was out-of-the-blue and most depressing.
I also think they missed the boat on trying to increase build diversity. They didn’t do anything to break up the HS/CI/Fast Hands must-dos of Warrior builds.
They just needed to nerf some more i guess
Maby they think we will use rampage more?? No?
Maby reduce its boon Duration more so anet forcing us to use diff elite skills?

They buffed its passive… you remember that it has a passive right? It IS a signet after all.
Nobody uses SoR for the passive

Really? I can’t really think of a situation where sitting on an unused 5might, Fury, Swiftness would be good because of 1adren/2sec.
Signet of rage is obviously good, but it’s fairly poorly designed so far as signets go. Kind of like the old signet of might, there’s just no real decision making factor between on/off.
i put signet of rage to CD every its up because of the ugly effect. I am okay with the nerf if anet can change the effect to a better one. At least a reason to stay in passive mode.
Still – I feel it was a bit overboard.
We’ll just have to see how it works.
On a side-note – are the balance fixes set in stone or is there a chance they’ll be changed?
Seems like it’s going to be a change in how you use it. Instead of activating it at the start of the fight, you may want to sit on it for the early Adrenaline gain THEN activate it for the Burst. If you actually do get a decent amount of Adren from the passive now it might make it a bit more skillful to use.

Normally its 1 adr every 3 sec? So
2 every 6 sec
And now you get
3 every 6 sec
Pff you dont even feel the difference but you do with the boon nerf

We don’t know that yet, sometimes things that look small on paper have bigger effects in game.

Honestly I’m just surprised they didn’t nerf greatsword mobility.
As is with rush and whirlwind you can easily get out of a fight you don’t want to be in.
Because of the adrenalin changes warriors will need more adrenaline for their burst skills and their healing. Just wait until you have played with the new changes. Maybe you will learn to love the passive effect. Just think of your condition remove and your overall damage.

For the passive visual effect, really can’t have any love imo.
An elite with over a 50% uptime on the boons applied is a little over the top (almost all builds had some form of a boon or all boon duration increase so it was over) . Signet of rage was the most common elite choice because of how much it could be utilized (fury is a really nice boon to have up all the time). Before it was the reverse healing signet, keeping it off cooldown was bad. Can’t say I’m in favor of more passive play but it gives meaning to both parts of the signet which is good. Wish they could apply that logic to healing signet :/

50% buff not enough though, should be 200% buff.

1 adrenaline per 1 second
while we’re here, might as well buff berserker’s might too.
