What classes benefit best from Precision, toughness, condition damage best?

Necromancer,
Ranger,
Warrior,
Thief,
Engineer,

All have abilities to use the rabid setup to great effect.

I honestly cannot answer for Mesmers.

Guardian,

not as much. they just do not have good synergy with conditions. ( at least in my experience)

Thief does not go well with rabid at all. Totally agree with guard and ele until proven other wise.

Anyone have a ranger build for rabid?

Mesmer works amazing with Rabid. Either full rabid condi, or half rabid hybrid (zerk/rabid. rabid/cav). Part of the reason being that clones/phants proc bleed on crit with 3 in dueling.

It is what I run and it works for me currently. Solo PvE, and WvW

I have a friend that runs a Torment Mesmer. I tend to only see her in some of the random Dungeon runs i do with her occasionally. So I am not aware of how potent it could be somewhere where it would be useful. ((shrug))

If PvE anything other than full zerk is a waste of time. If we’re talking WvW, and maybe spvp then rabid has its place in a variety of builds.
