Theory: The sigil and rune update will balance the Critical Damage changes. In some cases you will be doing MORE DPS than you were pre-patch. True or false?

I think it’s true, and it’s also a case of brilliance for them doing this change, especially with the changes to on crit being guaranteed. It means those of us without lots of condition removal can get it through sigils of Purity, everybody can access boon stripping, AoE heals, etc. It actually makes things a lot more tactical in nature when it comes to sigils on weapons.

the OTHER main question about the sigil / rune update… since on-crit sigils are getting 100% proc…. how about all the class traits that proc on crit? will those traits ALSO be boosted to 100% proc chance?
