It’s also odd fixing. There are now AoE skills with a 1 target limit. What’s the point of them being AoE in the first place, if they get a 1 target limit?
If they don’t rewrite skill facts for every patch the the patch notes would have 3-5 lines in total. That would look bad.
I think your complaint is misdirected. Better information is a good thing.
Skills not being fixed (especially for a very long time!) is a bad thing but they have no real relation to each other.
I think one problem here is that like many MMOs, GW2 has no direct spell engine → tooltip parsing.
They have to manually update those tooltips.
WoW changed to automatically updating tooltips somewhere early WotLK, I think.

This. They need to show themselves the boss as ‘working’ guys.

Developers: – Quickly closes the porn site at the browser- Uh nothing boss, just new features, balance rework, additional story, non repetitive style dungeons etc.
Boss: Good good… Keep working.

Well that works for the UI team, floude. And what does the programming and dev team do?
i’d prefer if they put it under “skill fact changes” rather than “profession balance” because it would save us the time of reading through a bunch of useless junk just to figure out that nothing has changed.
i think this is the 3rd patch without any balance changes but collectively hundreds of lines of proposed “profession balance” which was actually just fixing errors in tooltips.
