Sadly, Transfusion does not affect the necromancer himself, only allies within range of the effect….
….but for the class ranked dead last in group support, one of the simplest changes that could be made, is to reduce the 40 second cooldown on life transfer.
2628 healing is a good amount of healing. A mantra mesmer can do that much every 5 or 6 seconds with restorative mantras, and we all know what an ele can do…
..so my suggestion is to reduce the cooldown of Life Transfer to around 10 seconds when traited.
The only way to play the engineer is to exploit it.
Playing the engineer “as intended” is simply not viable.
