Stop listing to them people running fractals, all these changing your making due to them wanting Berker nerf and condition damage increases is stuiped. Its not like it changes anything for them, they can still kill fractles with out these changes people have been doing it in bad gear since it came out.

You really are taking one big d on the people who matter, the driving force of GW2 is always and always will be PVP spvp is stuiped untill you add more game types..

I’d put more stock in the berserker nerf being aimed to tone down 100% chance to crit backstabs than to have any impact on PvE at all. Even if they removed crit damage from the game entirely, poweR+crit chance would still be the only viable way to play PvE.
