Who benefits most from Zealot?
From a full set, I would say none. I guess its good if one wants to substitute a couple of zealots, but as we all know power builds are useless without crit damage. (oh ferocity my bad).
Noone, because the scaling factor on Healing Power is pathetic.

If Healing Power was a bit more useful, I could see alot of Support Guardians and Ele’s running it, but sadly, its pretty low.
Beastmasters rangers.
Beastmasters were good with cleric/settlers but they were lacking precision to add more boons to theirs pets. With zealot beastmasters will be able to do more damage and add more buff to their pets. Of course they will lose some self survivability but damage wise the gain should be pretty huge.
For PvE, I meant*
I think healing shout greatsword warriors will benefit the most from zealot. A decent armor and health is already given so they don’t need vitality or toughness. vigorous shouts scales decently (0.9) and the precision combined with boon duration allows for big might stacks.
Power PU Mesmer. High uptime on protection, stealth spamming, and that trait that gives up to 9% damage reduction make toughness less important. Regen boon also has the good scaling with healing power and you can achieve high uptime on that as well.
Other than that I think you’d have to mix zealot with other stat sets like clerics to get something more well rounded.

…And we have a winner!
This begs the question, which class/build benefits most from full Zealot gear?
