Yes they do, but some classes have lots of abilities and utilities that make them move faster than normal speed.

Base speed is equal on all classes. But all professions are able to enhance their movespeed with either signets, boons such as swiftness, teleports/leaps and rush skills.
Warrior has the fastest landspeed out of all classes (Not counting ele with fiery GS)

Warriors are still faster than FGS eles. And thieves are on top. (I’ve raced MANY times on my thief vs a sword/warhorn/gs warrior. I, as the thief, outran those wars by a LOT)
