so i realized 2 minutes ago while fighting the risen abomination in arah path 2 “basilisk venom” doesnt work anymore when your target has defiance stacks. is this working as intended or just a bug?

I believe basilisk venom was nerfed to be like a regular stun, for stun breaks a while back. I think it is still supposed to go through defiant in pve. Maybe a bug maybe not I do not play a thief.

nope. it worked all the time. they changed it a while back to go through defiance stacks to make it more useful. and there is nothing in the patch notes about changing it again.

The change to Ele’s Tempest Defense probably did it.
