Candy Corn Elemental
To get the candy corn elemental you have to do the main meta achievement (A Sweet Friend) for the Blood and Madness living story tab/section (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Blood_and_Madness_%28achievements%29). So you have to complete 13 Halloween achievements (at least 6 iirc have to be daily ones (they have a different icon than normal daily achievements)).

All you’re doing is finishing the Blood and Madness living story achievements (all 13). Then once you get your candy corn elemental mini, you go back to the asura for the quest and kind of ‘donate’ the elemental to help beat the bloody prince. Afterwards, if you don’t see your candy corn mini around, it’s surely deposited into your bank.

Thanks, guess I was confused between “Mad King’s Maze” and “Mad King’s Labyrinth”. These are the same, right?
