I think I speak on behalf of most gw2 players when I say the system u guys had during Dragon bash is the best regarding weapon skins…. Make the wep skins drop from the tot bags and then put rich tot bags on sale in the gem store!! And what the hell is up with the wep skins this Halloween?? :o only 5 and 4 are very average….

Rich dragon coffers costed more than BLC’s. With none of the rewards from BLC’s included.

I would have them drop the same way from enemies in Dragon Bash . But put one rich coffer in each BLC. It would replace a lower reward, like a tonic in BLC’s.
