Guild Wars 2

Sources suggest that the gloves you get from the Mad King’s Chest give a wide array of stat prefix choices. However, to my disappointment, when I picked the heavy armour variety (Gauntlets of Madness), I was only given the option of 6 prefixes: Berserker’s, Carrion, Cleric’s, Dire, Rampager’s and Shaman’s.

I have it on good authority that the medium variety contained all or most of the other prefixes, including Celestial, Apothecary’s, Sentinel’s, etc.

Is this working as intended? (Sure hope not, as it really is rather limited)

I also chose the heavy armor variety and noticed the same limitation. Very disappointed to say the least. Sticking with my Vigil armor gloves for now on my guardian. :/

I have also had this problem with the gauntlets of madness id really like to be able to choose knights stats or if not be able to have hand wraps instead

Seems like a definite oversight if the light / medium gloves have more choices than the heavy version. They should all be identical.

Are you guys still talking about halloween? The time to bring up halloween was when it was being designed back in mid august. Now that its halloween, they’re already designing for early january. No looking back!
