Those halloween outfits would be the best armor for necromancers along with the Arah set. Unfortunately they’re only availabe as OUTFITS. They should make it as armor skins, because I for example ain’t wearing outfits, not even in LA or Divinity’s Reach, but I would by a skin in a second.
