I don’t think I’m anywhere near that. maybe 250-500 (with maybe another 500ish bought on tp). I just can’t sit there farm the nodes, and then move to another server to farm more, that much. If the nodes were more plentiful (and I mean at least double the number on the map currently) this might not be such a problem.

I have ~4000… I have farmed the labrynth, A LOT. and quite honestly, i literally have to drag myself in there at this point. I have come to kittening HATE this kitten content. Last year, I loved it…

Altogether I’ve probably collected somewhere around 1,500, between the Labyrinth and the tot bags from the other events.

I’ve gotten about 1,300 in total.

First 1,000 was entirely from nodes and drops. I spent that getting the mini Carlotta.

I’m now saving for the mini Bloody Prince through a combination of farming and buying it. I do a circuit of the labyrinth once or twice a day gathering the candycorn there, and have another character mine the node in my home instance. They also mine the crystal which I sell on the TP and use the money to buy more candycorn.

At some point, probably close to the end of Halloween, I will also buy a bulk load but I haven’t decided how much I want to spend yet.

It’s going to be slow going getting the Prince, but since the merchant is permanent I don’t mind that too much.

I think I’m in the range of ~1-1.5k. But most of that was from the first week, not really that much lately. Most times when I go to the labyrinth now it’s empty, and I’m lucky if I can get two or three nodes before the labyrinth horror decides to murder my alt. Though I am holding onto a stack of ToT bags in case I ever need them. down the line.

Also I wonder how many people are getting all of the achivements for eating candy corn. So far we’ve had 4 dailies of eating 50 candy corn, and we may have it a 5th time before the new LS dailies kick in.

Not much. Maybe 500? I haven’t been doing much labyrinth farming, and that’s pretty much the only way you get Candy Corn this year since the nodes in the world are laughably scarce.

Mind you, I have farmed upwards of 1000 Trick or Treat bags from the Clock Tower, so… I could have had maybe 2000-3000 candy corn if I’d opened them. But I’d rather sell them at this point to afford a couple of the Halloween weapons.

I haven’t bought any on the TP, just the jumping puzzle, inquisition, labyrinth nodes, and other random drops.

Zero, after seeing the requirements I just sell it when I sell collected mats.

Very little. Maybe one stack? At most.

No where near enough to get my Mini Bloody Prince. /sigh

I had a 250 stack from last year and about 100 in my Bank, having sold (and crafted) a lot of it away over the last year. Even though I knew Candy Corn would likely be back I never thought it would require crazy amounts to get stuff.

Mathematically I actually see very clearly why the new items require so much of the stuff. There was A LOT of it in the world from last year. Unfortunately I think a lot of the CC will still be hoarded now that it looks like the price can only go up with the enforced scarcity and high unit requirement for items. They basically said, there is (X) number of players with (Y) number of Candy Corn in there bank. To flush the excess simply require higher amounts be used in all event acquisitions. However since there is now even more intrinsic value in the Candy Corn we all sit on the stuff as long as we have the space for it. So scarcity plus higher than average unit per person desire makes the prices crazy. It will also have a knock on effect in the already Nucking Futs inflation. (I think its like 500+% in a year??)

I have about 2000 by now. I play almost every day for several hours.

I’ve gotten around 2.5k so far from playing the game. Last year I got light years beyond what I got this year for the holiday.
