I’ve been putting that one off due to the threads about it not working or working randomly to update.

Is it still broken?

If anyone has gotten it to consistently work for them, how did you get it to work?

(I tried it tonight and got no update)

I assume you mean the “Lunatic Inquisition Regular” achievement?

The only way I have been able to get it to consistently work is to die ASAP.

Become a Ghost and kill a Villager. Always seems to work when it is done like that.
