Last year the chest you could get (1 per char, per day) had a slim chance of dropping the arachnophobia, mad moon, or the crossing. Does it still have that chance or did they nerf it completely?

last year mad king dungeon chest drop those weapon. i am looking forward to repeart these dungeon farm again bcos i didnt get the skin from the farm last year…
