Legendary Skeletal Lich
His normal ranged attack steals life. He also occasionally consumes nearby Skeletons which heals him a lot.
I would just like to know whether his Life Steal combat ability affects melee or ranged players or both. This question is directed to Arena Net Developers, not the player base.
