Madness armor
You mean like the Gauntles of Madness from the Clocktower? Last year’s prize was a set of footwear.
Of course, both the gloves and the footwear reuse existing armor skins, so there isn’t like an “Armor set of Madness.” You can find what skins they use on their respective wiki pages, if you’d like to complete the set, visually.
They use the skins from these sets, so you can get the rest of the pieces if you want matching looking skins:

Medium: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Conquest_armor
Light: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Tactical_armor
wrapped up in some crazy ritualist hoo-ha from Cantha.
A real grab bag of ‘you can’t hurt me. They’re called Guardians.

Yes, that got it’s own name-set: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Mad_King%27s_armor
Bad enough people think I’m referring to Mad King armor, now you two come in thinking I just wanna look cool. This is crazy; why, ArenaNet, why.

The Mad King’s Armor does use skins from other sets, but not those ones.
As far as I know, the Light armor is this one, Medium is this , and Heavy is this set.
By Ogden’s hammer, what savings!
