No is ever there, so I can’t kill the three Legendaries and I really need the achievements. Help with this would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Guest to Tarnished Coast. TC is almost always has a zerg going, plus you’ll be put into overflow, which is ironically more crowded than many of the main servers.
