Well, I found the recipe cheap on the Trading Post, so I bought it there to save time farming for it. No idea how much it takes now, if the wiki info is no longer useful. Did you try mixing the amount in the Mystic Forge and it didn’t show the amount you actually needed?

Yesterday I got the recipe for Superior Sigil of the Night as a drop in the Labyrinth.
Maybe the superior recipe can only be got from drops now? There are some on the trade post too I think.
I hope it’s dropped to a kind of rare for 1 reason….Last year we had these by the bundles. There were just too many after opening only a few bags. This year I’ve gotten 1 of each in a week instead of 5-6 of each in less than a week. LOL there are still some sitting in the guild bank from last year. GAME ON

This might not be an actual change or the forge recipe has always been random. I do remember trying a recipe last year in the forge and got disappointed from getting only the major instead of a superior but I don’t remember if it was the sigil of the night or the rune of the mad king.
