So today I was just walking in LA when i saw this. I don’t remember to have seen it before, is it part of the halloween event or something else? It looks for me of some kind of airship wharf, what do you think?

It’s present here since the dragonbash. Some people think that, eventually, Kiel’s Airship will appear there.

oh yes ^^ but I have a slow PC and if i want to hold 25-30 fps I need to be on this settings and that reminds me: ANET pls make the game eat less of my CPU and more of my video card, thank youu <3

I use that spot to play a sort of chicken game with other necros we cast spectral walk and jump then see who can get closest to the water before hitting recall. with a judge in the water watching green lines.
