Why did you exclude the awesome skins from last year? I know many people including myself were looking forward to getting a Ghastly Grinning Shield Skin or the Chainsaw Greatsword skin since we could not from last year? Why did you remove them and only give us a choice of 5 new skins that are no where near and cool looking. I don’t the reasoning behind this. They were the best skins imo and they were already coded in the game so why remove them? I know I won’t get a reply from Anet about this but I also want to see other peoples view. Thanks

I sincerely would’ve liked the chance to get that old scythe skin for my necromancer, but I can see where Anet’s coming from by not bringing the old skins back. It’d devalue the rarity of the skins and make the prices come crashing down, and people’d get mad about that, especially those who spent like 200 gold on a scythe skin only to find out if they waited a little longer it’d only be like 20.

Yes the Grinning Shield and GS Chainsaw need to come back as they are really the ony two skins I would actually spend $ on or do PvE for. Without them I will probably ignore this event like all others.

I have one from last year.. knew they would inflate in price, 20g last year now at 500-650

I cant tell you how disappointing it is .The ONLY reason i picked the game back up was so i could try to get Mad Memoires and Greatsaw as i was too low lvl last year and not only are they gone but they got replaced with some horrible looking skins.

You are an idiot and clearly cannot read. Nothing he says implies that he thought they wouldn’t come back. All he said was he knew it would go up in price.
