They didn’t say that mad king will not appear now. Mad king will have to fight his kitten son so his kitteny boy won’t take over Mad Realm. He will still play LI with us and appear in storyline.

Since Mad King Says has some new rewards, i guess he will return, it’s just that his son gets a chance to shine for once :P

I wouldn’t take the lack of images of him too seriously. We only have one (likely two) images of the Prince, and there’s still a lot of month left until Halloween. While they’ll probably introduce the good king crazypants sooner than they did last year, last year didn’t even kick off Halloween until Oct. 22nd.

The omens are starting to show, but the monster of the movie is can afford to take his time if it means a bigger payoff when he does appear.

As release page says – MAD KING HAVING FUN WITH PLASTIC TOYS and stuff, when Prince (not mad, probably sane, just evil) command army of the dead.

So with King Thorn we will have some mad fun and with Prince we gonna fight.

If you did last year’s story, you would know that the mad king IS coming back this year and for many more to come.

Hmm… I can’t find the part where it says the Mad King won’t make an appearance, especially when you consider there will be one more update before Halloween.

Yeah there is an update on the 29th…i fully expect that to be the big bad Mad King update where we fight him in his dungeon again.
