I was wondering if there was any news on whether the Bottomless Belcher’s Bluff Kit would be available for purchase after the end of the Bazaar of the Four Winds event.

You can buy kits from just about (if not) every bartender in the game world. You will likely not be able to complete the master of om achievement though, if the hylek goes away.

Belcher’s Bluff is a permanent minigame addition to the game, so I’m fairly confident the endless kits will still be available even after BotFW is over.

i wonder where will the frog master will stay after that and where will we get the item.

Poyaqui will be moving to Lion’s Arch after the BotFW is over, so you can still get his signature skill that way. However, the Grandmaster of Om achievement requires you to defeat Poyaqui BEFORE he leaves Labyrinthine Cliffs, so get it done soon if you haven’t already!
