So when are we going to be able to spend our achievement points?
I remember Anet stating long ago that we are going to be able to use them, or are they just for bragging rights?

Have i farmed almost 9k points just to get disappointed with nothing to show for it?
This game needs content for us more “hardcore” players also, legendaries are not enough to keep us in the game.

Umm … the rewards system is implemented now, andeys. You’ll get the rewards, 500 achievement points worth per day.

Yea that’s what im trying to say, i got almost 9000 points and thought that i would get something in return for gathering that amount, but no..
I feel cheated, since i believed that anet was going to implement some kind of achievement point currency trade off.

It seems like the point rewards stop at 2500 points? If that’s not the case and it actually goes waaay higher (like over 10/20k) then it’s ok i guess..

It probably goes higher but only so much can fit on the panel at once. Me, I have 6K so I’m waiting a few days to see what unlocks down the line as I open my daily present.

You get rewards each 500 points, but only once per day, so you will get more during the following days until you reach the 9000 peak

That you only see up to 2500 doesn’t mean it stops there (in fact there are announced achievement rewards that aren’t available in those first 5 chest, so there are things after that). No one is scamming you, it’s just that you will have to wait and receive one tier per day.

Oh well, guess ill just wait and see

You sure are impatient. You will get 1 chest per day until the rewards match up with the amount of achievement points you have.

Don’t feel cheated either, because until today you didn’t have ANY rewards for achievement points. Learn to be patient. You will have your rewards all maxed out and caught up to your 9000 points in a few weeks.

Hardcore but stupid, huh
