That is 25 days in order to get 25 Charged Quartz… I guess everyone should start farming a tons of Quartz Crystals in hand before the event and map close down in 4 weeks. Then you can slowly progress your went making a lot of Charged Quartz for other stuff you want.

from wwhat I understand the Cliffs and nodes will be there even after the bazaar floats away, plus if you get the achievement, you can mine 3 a day.
