Holy kitten these things have been HARD to get (at least for me). I’ve been running around the maps for hours spending TONs on WP costs looking for Zephyr Sanctum Kite baskets and killing tons of mobs and I have maybe 30 Scraps to show for it….
HOW is everyone getting Fortune Scraps?!!? I really wanted at least 1 back piece and 1 helm but at this rate odds aren’t looking good
Also, I have read these will also show up in Loot bags but the prices for all of them are crazy and I don’t have that kind of Gold.
Any suggestions would be great!!

Farming mobs for kite fortunes is the way to go, I think. You have a rare chance to get as many kitten scraps (or even a golden scrap) out of them. Baskets are a waste of wp fees unless you really want the quartz.
If you want the backpiece you can try running sanctum sprint a bunch, as it’s sometimes found in that chest.

You can buy back pieces off the TP, if that helps alleviate the amount of scrapes you need.
The lightning and sun one can be bought for around 3-4gold on the tp, but the wind one is pretty expensive at 8+ gold
So far I only have around 105 scrapes, and 68 of those came from gem store kites.

How often to Heavy Bags drop in WvW? I have never really tried WvW before but if they have a good drop rate I could get in with a zerg and see how it goes…
