After completing the achievements necessary to obtain both the Gift of Quartz and Loot Bags I received chests with the items in, however, upon accepting the rewards and with plenty of inventory space i was not given the items. I have tried relogging but apparently this issue is without fix in game and there is no other way to obtain the item, “Gift of Quartz” again.

Um… the Gift of Quarts is not something you have, it should be in your home instance.

The gift put a node in your home instance, dosent give you anything

When you complete meta you receive gift of quartz, after you consume it a daily node is put in home instances of your characters, you can mine it once per day per account. You might have consumed it by accident when opening bags

Gift of Quartz should be given to you as an item in your inventory.
Then you double click it to activate it, and you should have a Quartz node in your home instance.

What i think the OP means, is that he never got the item in his inventory after opening the chest.

I know it should be an item given to you to consume but i didn’t recieve it hence the post ^^

you receive it after meta not crystal hunt or sprint

I have completed all of the new achievements, this is not the problem, i have been shown that i have earnt it (it popped onto my screen as a reward) the problem is that after accepting no item was deposited

fill a support ticket
