Until when will it be possible to do Like Clockwork achievement? Will it be possible to do that during second part of update? (If yes, does anyone know how long will it last?)

It’s doable now, yo. I’m 3/8. I’m also pretty sure the achievement’s sticking around after BotFW is over, since it’s the only method we have to obtain charged quartz crystals.

Like Clockwork
Transform quartz crystals into charged quartz crystals at
a place of power.
A place of power is any skill point that you need to commune with. Go there with 25 quartz and interact with the skill point (doesn’t matter if you already completed the skill point or not) and you’ll have the option to transform 25 quartz into 1 charged quartz. But you can only do this 1/day, thus it takes 8 days to get the achievement.
Also I doubt the achievement will stick around after the event is over. It is tied to the living story and will most likely be unattainable after this LS section is over. You will still be able to mine quartz from your home instance (if you completed the meta) and make more charged quartz though. Just like “Grandmaster of Om” sure Belcher’s Bluff will stick around, but he (and the achievement) won’t.
