I have 4000 achievement points. At reset time, I did not receive the 1000 achievement chest, why is this and will I still get it or will it skip over?

i had an issue where it wasn’t showing up on my mesmer, so i switched to a different character (the one I got the first chest on) and it was there.

Open a ticket with support.
If enough people do it maybe they’ll react.

The chest doesn’t show up until you change map or relog.

I’ve changed maps, relogged and switched characters

Have you tried going on the character that first got the other chests?

I’m assuming you have already got the 500 chest YESTERDAY, and aren’t waiting for a second chest on the same day?

I actually got my chest suddenly, half an hour later, when I earned more achievement points by finishing a jumping puzzle, or possibly a daily. It was very random.
