Well there is one in WvW and you will be upscaled but that alone is tough. Then mix in you need to hope your server is holding the area. But technically with a good server and a good group you could get it.
There is one in Queensdale and one in the Sylvari starter map. The one in Queensdale is’t a jump. The Sylvari one almost always has someone porting there during busy hours.
Some of the others you should be able to do with a friend/guild member of a higher level to escort.

I already got the ones in Queensdale and Caledon Forest.
We’ll see for the others, I’m guildless and friendless so it’ll be hard!
