The retroactive rewards for achievement points are supposedly gated at one tier per day, and the first weapon unlock is tier 2 (IIRC), so the earliest we’ll start seeing people’s screenshots is tomorrow.

Dulfy has a gallery of some of the weapons to tide us over, though!

So am I seeing it right that, at least to 2500 AP, there is nothing Engis can use? Really???

But let’s make sure all the Warriors can have their greatsword. Wee.

Last I heard, Engies can use rifles, pistols, and shields

Not if you use kits though.
And engineers are kinda forced to do that most of the time.

I’m drooling over the staff and shield. I wish the lightning effect was visible when stowed. That’d make them perfect.

The weapon you get is your choice, so you can choose a weapon your engi can use right at tier 2.

Actually it’s the day after tomorrow that we’ll start ‘getting’ the weapons. Tomorrow we get our 500 AP rewards. The first Zenith weapon skin is part of the 1000 AP reward.

My guardian is truly loving this update Armor check, greatsword check, staff check, hammer check.

Rifle, pistol, and shields are not shown for the reward choices on the 1k or 2k chest is what I’m getting at. If they are but just not shown that’s awesome but doesn’t look that way.

I think you can actually get three chests between today and tomorrow, because it resets with the dailies:

first chest today before 5pm pacific. (100 pt tier)
second chest today after 5pm pacific. (500 pt tier)
third chest tomorrow after 5pm pacific. (1000 pt tier)

“A whole selection of Zenith weapon skins will be available, not just the five shown below. You can pick only one skin to unlock per achievement chest. "

I hope that puts your mind at ease!

@Vick, I guess that all depends on your time zone. The reset occurs at midnight UTC aka 1am UK time, so for anyone ‘other’ than players in the USA, it’s the day after tomorrow.

My point was more to point out that 500 AP is the ‘next’ tier, not the current one. Based on map chat conversations, a lot of people seem to think that they’ve already received the 500 AP reward for some reason.

Other time zones exist outside the USA? BLASPHEMY!!!! lol

In all seriousness, it is indeed relative. We should start seeing screenshots in about 28.5 hours.

Will these chests pop up even if i don’t log in? I can’t play until after today’s reset so when I log in will I get 2 days worth or just 1 per day I log in?

I think its one per day you log in so you will only get 1 chest however that is an assumption so if you could once you get on come back here at let me know which one it is. Thanks in advance

That’s a good question, as a casual player I’d also quite like to know the answer myself.

I’m just going by the achievement panel itself, it only shows 5. I hope you’re right though, it wouldn’t make sense otherwise. If we can only unlock 1 per 1000 AP I would think we could at least choose any weapon at each 1000 AP and not be further limited.

I’m pretty sure the list when you hover over the reward box doesn’t show everything you can choose from. In the lower right corner there is “…” and I take that to mean that there is more to see. They did that to make it so the list isn’t obnoxiously long.

Besides that it doesn’t make sense to only let people choose from random weapons at random reward points.
