I’m hoping that it is because this place is so beautiful. It would be a shame if this went away….

Well sorry to tell you this but it will. I believe it will be coming back at a later date but the area is not permanent.

Only thing thats permanent is the quartz node in home instance (if you complete the metaachievement), the drinking game, and pvp/wvw changes. And the achievement changes.
Anything related to this new map is not.

WIll be a big shame, love the area and music! They should keep it ingame.

Why would they make a full zone with waypoints if it’s not meant to be perminant? (Full zone meaning a new location on the map, rather than something within a zone that already exists, like all previous living story other than Southsun.)

I’m pretty sure this place is meant to be perminant, and a way to junk excess crating material for prizes.

Cause they said it is going away……
