Will the person who have 10k in achievement points get a significant advantage over new players or low achievement players(~2k points)?, from reading the update it sounds like they are converting achievement points to a laurel system where you can buy stuff with achievement points

Can someone clarify this for me?

Since you don’t seem to get any actual stat-items I don’t really see how anyone would have an advantage, but yes, someone with 10k points will most likely have unlocked (it doesn’t seem like we will actually spend the points) more than someone that have 2k.

It reads more like new skins and account improvements, so I guess significant advantages in fashion and ease of access/gem store upgrades.

I’m just under 6k, will be interesting to see what all I have unlocked. I’m excited!
I wonder if it will be something ridiculously high like 20k for half the stuff, so players have something to “work toward.”
