I have total of 8 chars, 1 for each professions and I login to my thief and received the achievement chest. I was asked to select one of the zenith skins as my reward. Finding the greatsword skin very, very appealing, and wanting to get it for my greatsword wielding warrior, I selected that one only to find out on the spot thakittens SOULBOUND!! Well Done!! Now I cannot pass the skin to my warrior and my thief can’t use a greatsword and it’s basically a white elephant. Now, why must a reward be soulbound, even if its a skin? Why can’t it be just account bound!!??

just open up the achievement panel on another character and claim it….

Read? Where? Update thread? So every single time when try make wholesale changes to the game I have to spend time to read the whole bloody thread? Why can’t just make it account bound and problem solved?

Not the update thread. They mentioned that these skins can be reused account-wide for all characters similar to HoM skins before the patch even went live. It’s soulbound but you can “redeem” it infinite number of times from achievement screen. You’re not spending anything, but only reusing the skin on multiple alts. So doesn’t matter if it’s soulbound or not.

And your reply is any better? When someone posts like that, just ignore them.

However, as far as his exasperation, it’s because it has been asked several times on the forum, and is explained on the wiki.

Try scanning the first page or two of the forum you’re in before posting a question, or check the relevant pages on the wiki (the “Achievements” page didn’t have the right info, but the Zenith weapons page did)

I can’t believe “Players” like you have no time to even read the item description.

I’ve been replying several times to these topics yet every 2h hours someone writes a new one. It has been explained in the patch notes, wiki, guides and most importantly, in the game. I just can’t stand when someone can’t be even bothered to look up for the answer and makes 20th or 30th topic about exactly the same stuff.

Love when people don’t read and just rage on forums instead.

Just think how much bother they’d have spared the posters and readers alike by not making it soulbound so it doesn’t even matter when someone doesn’t realize they can withdraw another.
