WvW Kite Box won't open
I don’t think they open.. I just got the achievement in the Lab and no reward.

Dulfy’s Guide states “Fortune Scraps can be looted from Kite Fortunes you can find from kite baskets in open world zones” So I would think they would open/be lootable. Unless they have some sort of CD and they are visable (like the Holo projectors) but you just can’t interact?

You can use them once per day per box I recall reading. If it’s one you haven’t used, have you tried hitting it with a hammer?

Lol silly people thinking new content will be working one the first day. sarcasm off I don’t think the kite box is suppose to open. Note there is a difference between the kite baskets in the open world and the large kites for the achievement.
