This is just warning to all people get to get one of the skins they are NOT account bound so if you get say a short bow skin on a Mesmer it’s stuck on your Mesmer I already made this mistake lol so don’t make it too.

PS. Anet should make the skins account bound so I can actually USE the skin otherwise just going have to delete it

You can “redeem” them on any character. Go to your achievement panel. Click on the skin. Click Withdraw.

It is once per day, though. So you may need to wait until tomorrow to get the skin.

It isn’t.
Just withdraw 2 daggers and used the one from the unlock itself as PvP skin.
