Is there a limit to the number of Zephr Sanctum Kite Baskets you can open for Crystals? I’m leveling a new character in a new zone and the baskets are empty. The last 15 or so have giving me nothing.

you can loot them one location once a day per account

Anet needs to make it so we can’t open a basket that we already looted recently.

For two reasons:
*We don’t get a reward
*Players reopening the same baskets are robbing other players from looting it. For a few minutes atleast.
