kite fortunes drop from Heavy Loot bags, got around 1 out of 5 bags (probably i was lucky), bags cost around 6s in the Marketplace, so i just bought a stack and this was just enough to get my helmet (around 200 scraps, one lucky 50 scraps from one kite fortune, and 50 i had left in my bank).
so if you have the gold, this is cheaper than buy gems or mats i think.

nope. just an idea for those who want a helmet, i open the bags for myself because i need the t6 mats. farmed enough scraps to buy one, and now bought the bags for another one. thats all
