Hard words, but I really can’t describe how I feel other than being ripped off.
I learned to live with Arenanet’s philosophy on clip-boots for asura, which at least seems to ebb off in recent gem store armors.
Problem is:
I’ve bought the profane armor when the radiant armor was introduced into the game. I was looking forward to get some metallic protection on my asuran elementalist and loved the overall design of the profane chest and especially the big metal part on the chestbone. There were still the clipping toes, but I mostly invested the money for the awesome chestpiece.
I admired the chestpiece in the preview of the gemstore, purchased the armor and gave it a cozy place in my bank.
Later, when I unlocked the radiant vambraces, I lost no time and previewed the unpacked chest-skin with the vambraces.

And what would you guess?
Male asura are the only male character models where the wrist of the profane chestpiece clips through the radiant vambraces!
Male charr don’t clip.
Male humans don’t clip.
Male norn don’t clip.
Since I got no male sylvari character, I assume from the human character-model that they also don’t clip.
If you don’t look around the web to gather the chat-codes -which are not viewable in the game all by itself- for the profane chest-piece and the radiant vambraces, there is no way of telling it beforehand.

While the clipping is quite obvious, I guess a designer at Anet could fix it in maybe an afternoon of work.
Honestly, only once I’d like Anet to fix an asuran armor, especially since it’s one they are still selling in the gemstore.

When the wardrobe was brought into the game, I made the experience that the costumer-support is very friendly and I got a quick refund for double-purchased armor-skins.
But to be honest: I don’t want a refund.
I want this armor. A miniature-rework of the wrists is all that I ask for.
Someone did a great job at implementing it in the game, it’s an awesome skin and it would be a kitten shame to not honor that work.

If I have bobblehead transformation active, my horns clip with the floor. I think its hilarious.

Regarding the support ticket: As I stated, I love that armor way too much to refund it. I wouldn’t make a fuss about it if I didn’t hope to apply it someday without the problems ;D
