I already have Rox Quiver and now i bought it same

Write a support ticket .. use the “support”-link on top of the forum.

See the link for support (only three on every page, okay fair enough one is in a pull down for Services)? Click on that. Then on the top right of the support page there’s a link called “Submit a Request”.
