Aetherblade armor skins
I totally agree. I’d have bought three sets without this ridiculous restriction.
What a terrible business decision.
I’d buy them if I could mix match with one another!
+1
Agreed, I much prefer the look of the light armor over the medium armor skin – wish we could pick based on looks and not based on armor type. I would buy one if my asura engineer could wear the light look, but since I don’t like the medium look then I won’t get any of them.
I have to admit I find most medium armor really, really annoying – why even have all the neat patterns and crafting of the pants when my chest selection almost invariably covers the pants down to my ankles. There’s only 2 medium tops for females that don’t. One is locked up in an ugly as sin gemstore outfit, the other’s ok only IF you want to flash an awful lot of skin. (There’s also so many times when you can only apply 3 colors when there are obviously 4 regions that could be colored separately…)
Here’s a little photoshop job of the armor I WANT to be able to display on my Ranger…
I wonder what your basis for comparison is…”

People actually like the light armor one???
I think its a very lazy reskin except for the head and hands.
The armor skins aren’t all that great. The medium version looks like kitten compared to the other two sets though.
I would atleast like to buy pcs separately.

Your ranger can wear that armor, my ranger has it on right now its called Duelist armor

I think the point is the parts that are darkened now instead of showing skin

I would love to be able to buy the armor seperatly, and also wear them on whatever character… I think the light armor set looks awesome, but… can’t use it on my engineer…
The mysteries dissapear and life stands explained.”
I like the idea of being able to buy the armour parts separately and getting a discount if you buy the bundle.
However, I’m not sure about being able to use any of them on any armour type (believe me, even though it would be cool) simply because then there would be no point in having the different armour types in the game.
CrossedHorse, lotro already has that and they have different types of armor also, it just adds to the variety of looks
I liked them all but the heavy (female) I bought the light armor because I really liked the skirt. The top and gloves after I got them and dyed them are beautiful!. I agree though that it would be cool to mix and match, however, it would look weird to see a heavy in the light armor so I think having the 3 sets all in all is probably a good idea.
