I think you can still invest on glue because if the recipes don’t get removed and you can still make the stuff the prices will probably increase

I doubt it, there are so many in and out of circulation that it’ll be like Candy Corn.

There is one item I “gambled” on when the price was not much above vendor value (hence there was lower risk involved). Even before the event has ended, I’ve seen the price rise to over 4 times what I initially paid for it, so I’ve been selling and re-buying stacks of it for some decent profits.

I think there’s still potential for this item to rise higher, so I’m not going to name it yet as I’m hoping to get a few more buy orders filled, but I’m surprised that I’ve yet to see it mentioned as a potential profit maker.

During Wintersday prices are only going to drop as supply increases. After Wintersday those prices will start to rise again as the supply is exhausted. So it’s a safe, long term investment.

I’ve held on to a few items I’ve gained through drops on the expectation that the prices will rise later on, but I haven’t really spent gold buying them up.

What surprised me was that my pick for a long-term investment ended up paying off in a matter of days before the event had even finished.

Agreed. Wand and Slingshot are climbing fast. Makes sense as they are the more popular. Those who grabbed at 1 silver each are lucky.

Staff and Hammer are starting to climb too. Not sure if anything other than those 4 are really going to sell though. I guess the sword is cool, but I thought it looked goofy.

slingshots are still underpriced in my opinion – just bought some of these, not sure about wands?

Ill just let you guys on a hint, a lot of people are hoarding skins now. And someone is going to sell sooner or later. And prices are going to come down a decent amount. Its probably not worth buying now.

The skins will only be as expensive as the price of ugly hats, socks and sweaters. Since you can buy those skins with those products and there is still a huge supply of those. So I don’t expect the price of wands to go over 27s any time soon.
