Is anyone hoarding any fused weapons, or is it currently sell sell sell? Since I’m not 100% sure that fused weapons will be un-acquirable in the black lion sale, and if they are that could be a loss of a nice 200g I could get from my mace.

Some ppls can’t sell their skins due to a bug so I guess they’ll share the same story as endless halloween tonics

I know several guildies who still have tickets. They are unsure if they want a weapon or gold at this point.

Better sell now while the economy is still inflated and we don’t have new legendaries yet.

Not being able to sell a skin you already have is not a bug (or so the Devs have said).

New skins will be sellable/tradeable but existing skins will not become sellable/tradeable on a retroactive basis. If that makes sense.

People that naturally redeemed tickets – as there was no info that they could be used after the (winter’s day/fused) event – got punished twice for doing so. First for having to choose a skin then as opposed to later, and second for not being able to sell that skin now. Meanwhile people can bug the system by buying a skin on the TP, stacking it with their account bound skin and…. voila, both can be sold.

Ps. the winter’s day event had rare weapon tickets too, but you could also buy the skins directly in the store.

I think the use of the term punished here is wrong and a bit strong in your reply – you can’t predict the future and honestly though back then the skins were not really in a trade-able sense nor did the community suspect so, those that really wanted a skin back then gambled in the RNG boxes for personal use, not really for the profit gain half a year later, if we all knew about this change ahead of time pretty sure we’d all be doing it right?

Those that bug it like you said could be exploiting it and you know how that’ll turn out.

Yep, ANET are training a new generation of brokers and traders! when you guys make it to wall street – you better not cause another economic crisis!

Funny how I didn’t follow my own advice and ended up hoarding a Fused GS and Longbow.

The supply is so small right now that I just had to.

Though this will be a long-term investment.

I can’t even do that. I have never seen a Fused Shortbow on the TP, which makes me think I may be the only one who has one. :P

Unfortunately, silly me, I spent my ticket the last day of F&F because I thought the vendor was going to be removed. Despite my apathy towards the fused skins, I figured it was better to have a skin than a worthless ticket. Apparently that decision has now cost me over 200g. >_> Unless it’s fixed, of course.
