Are Jade Weapons unavailable?

I saw the Jade Weapon skins aren’t available from Black Lion Weapons Specialists anymore. Is this intentional?

I’ve two claim tickets still lying around… :<

put the tickets in your inventory, then talk to him, should open an extra dialogue option.
