I have been having issues with the Trading post for the past week. I can use it fine for about 10 minutes, after that I only get the loading circle on all the pages except the pickup window. I’ve looked into the folder the game stores the trading post file: awesomium_process.exe and it seems that the file deletes itself and never recreates unless you exit out of the game and start it back up.

I can work around the problem without closing the game down by copying/pasting the awesomium_process.exe and then changing the text language with the trading post open.

Well an easier way for you to temp resolve the problem instead of renaming till a real fix is found.

When it happens hold down the windows key and press R (Or click start then click run)

Paste the following in and hit enter: “taskkill /f /im awesomium_process.exe”

Do not paste the quotes to… All this does is simply kills the process called awesomium_process.exe and forces GW2 to spawn a new copy of it. This basically does the same thing as your rename trick, just without the renaming.

If you are afraid of the command, simply opening the task manager and end tasking the process will result in the same effects.

I’ve had this happen to me before quite frequently.

My solution is to close the trading post pop up window and immediately reopen it again with the BLTC shortcut key which always seems to fix the issue for me. Try that.

Unfortunately neither of these worked for me. The awesomium process is deleted while im still using the trading post and is not recreated unless I relog or paste a copy of it.
