Seriously, I took off a buy order from the TP and it did not return the 5-7gish (not sure how much since part of the order was filled.)

I’m having a similar issue: I purchased a Makeover Kit and have plenty of space in my in-box but haven’t received it yet. It’s been over 20 minutes. I don’t exactly want to spend any more real-life money on this as I only planned to use TWO makeover kits total. Any idea what is going on, Anet? Where’s the Makeover Kit?

Something similar just happened to me too. Sold 3 ectos and a rune(total of about 90S, not much) and it’s not in my listing. I don’t have any profit either. BLTC STOLE MY STUFF!!!!!111oneone!!!

but seriously i reported the bug and hope to see the money one day. even if it’s not much it still pisses me off.

This also happened to me. I tried to by some items totaling up to around 11g. Gold is gone and items never came.. Please fix this!

Same thing. Cancelled buy orders on about 60-70g worth of t6 mats. None of it is in my pickup tab and it’s been ~30mins.

If this gold is lost/not in the system, this is unacceptable. I’m sure there HAS to be some sort of transaction history, aside from my sold/bought tab. Please return my gold, I don’t have any more left!

Just removed 180 gold worth of buy orders in my morning trading post shift. Little did I know the game was having issues with connections and other stuff. Gold is not showing up in pickup tab. I’m going to give it awhile, but if this happens again that the Trading Post goes down on ANet’s end and I’m not reimbursed like the incident 2 months ago(80 gold then) I’m going to FLIP THE KITTEN OUT.

Same here.. i bought some Mithril Ore and Elder Logs, Trading Post took my money but never gave me the items! What do I do? How do I get the items or my money back??

UPDATE: Took off 2 more buy orders, no gold for those either. What is going on? Am I going to get my gold back, or is this like the 1st month, where the BLTC simply took my gold and the system didn’t even have an internal log/history by which to reimburse me with?

Same here. On Stormbluff Isle (server). Two transactions on rare shortbows for about 30 silver a piece. Both attempts took the silver, but neither rewarded the items paid for.

I guess it is probably related – stuff I listed for sale last night has been sold, but I’ve not received the coin from the transaction.

just ate 31 gold. this game is absolutely ridiculous, hf losing more customers because last time this happened the only thing they did was take the TP down and not even apologize to all the players.. dont expect re-payment

HELP! BLT just took nearly a gold and did not give me my stuff. Since there is no record I guess I am just screwed. Orichalcum ore and 15 orbs. They had better fix this. And it better be soon.

Yup, me too…luckily for me it was just about 1 gold. I hope they have a log.

This just happened to me as well, about 7 gold of buy orders lost.

60-70g lost, I was trying to buy t6 mats. I repeat, this is UNACCEPTABLE.

Please rollback servers, before it’s too late. You still have time, before players will become PO-ed about losing progress.

i lost about 1 gold, its not much but it was all i have atm, im not amused -.-

This is isn’t the first time this has happened. On September a bunch of us had our gold eaten by the TP too, and we never got that gold back. We all submitted tickets and we all got the same copy/pasted “You’re screwed, we don’t care and won’t do anything about it” response. I expect Anet to ignore this issue just like it did back then.

I feel sorry for this new batch of victims, and urge you to advise everyone you know to stop using the TP during this period of instability.

Spent about 1.2g buying a gladiator set to transmute. Currently not in the pickup window. Mmhmm.

Whatever you do though don’t attempt to buy multiple copies of something just because it didn’t come through! – I’ve also seen that happen and it’s never pretty.

Same thing here. 20g… 2/3 of my total funds. I’m really hoping it comes back.

I didn’t panic last time when I lost 80 gold and patiently waited 2 weeks. Submitted tickets and they gave me the “we can’t do anything about it, better luck next time” reply just like they did to everyone else. Yes, the trading post sometimes is delayed and you get it. No, it hasn’t happened every time the trading post started bugging out.

I didn’t panic last time and got screwed. Why shouldn’t I be worried now?

Shows what i bought … what I sold … but there is nothing to Take … Somo money also disappeared from my characters money also…

As NealCaffrey articulated, this isn’t strictly true.

I’m having a similar problem, but not a purchase. I removed an item I was selling to relist it at a lower price, but it wasn’t waiting for pickup and it wasn’t listed, anymore.

Kinda an expensive item, so I hope ANet fixes this.

Just lost 7g to this. I canceled buy orders, money never arrived.

That’s all my money, and as lame as it makes me, it took me weeks to earn. This will not make me happy if it’s gone.
