i was just starting to craft for essentially the first time a couple days ago in lions arch/divinities reach, and i got very frustrated very fast from having to run between the black lion tradesmen in lions arch/divinities reach countless times to get materials that i had not massed up enough from my time in the world, is there a possibility we can have black lion tradesmen in a near vicinity to the crafting areas ??

The Royal Terrace in DR is such a place but you had to pay gems for access and it is currently not available. If you dont need a mystic forge, i would suggest Rata Sum or Ebonhawke, both are more convenient than LA.

was the best purchase I ever made
also good for trolling (only you can pick stuff up from it, yet everyone else will see it)
be CAREFUL when buying it, the permanent vendor is similarly named. I knew to look carefully and I still bought the wrong one.

I still consider The Grove to be just as good as Rata Sum. At least all the crafting stations are in one place as oppose to one of three locations in Rata Sum. True the bank and TP are closer in RS.

If I recall correctly there’s always Ebonhawke… I think the crafting station there was pretty close to the BLTC trader.
